They are not distracted by the details of the bottling facility or the logistics of large wineries that add cost without adding value. Their focus is the viticulture, oenology and design of a wine that ultimately produces nothing but pleasure when consumed. 2019 MachoMan - DO Jumilla
Monastrell
MachoMan Monastrell is the pure reflection of the terroir from its origin with aromas of red fruits (plum, cherry), rosemary, thyme, balsamic and menthol. Fresh, silky, long, elegant and unique. The grapes are from 13 plots of Monastrell vineyards in La Raja (where the winery is located) between the mountain ranges of El Carche and La Pila. The vines range from 20 to 70 years old, within the wine region D.O. Jumilla, in the south of Spain.

2016 The Orange Republic - DO Valdeorras
Godello
At the northwest of Ourense Province, 500 meters above sea level and close to the Sil River, this unique white wine was elaborated. Intense, structured, with aromas of ripe white fruit like pear and peach. Herbaceous, with an attractive minerality. The fine lees ageing in the stainless steel tanks provides this wine a greater oily texture and longevity. Limited production of 20,000 bottles.

2017 El Gordo de Circo - DO Rueda
Verdejo
After five years working in Rueda, this new vintage 2017 of El Gordo del Circo shows its maximum expression. Exuberant aromas of tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, melon and notes of peach in syrup. There is a strong presence of lime and grapefruit. In the mouth it is bold, unctuous, amazingly fresh. On the aftertaste you will find fresh fruits again and subtle aniseed hues that confer a unique personality. Aged on its fine lees for five months; there is a limited production.

2021 La Gabacha - DO Rueda
Sauvignon Blanc
The 2021 vintage has been a great vintage in the DO Rueda. The winter was cold and rainy, likewise the spring was warm giving way to a hot and dry summer. The grape has matured perfectly, reaching a perfect balance of acidity and probable degree of alcohol. The vineyards of 100% Sauvignon Blanc are between 20 and 30 years old, located in the municipality of Valdestillas, (Valladolid) at an altitude of 750 meters; mechanized harvest and harvested at night. A low temperature fermentation at keeps the aromas of the variety. Aging was on fine lees for 3 months.

Albarino
Aromas of ripe citrus and white flowers. The location of the vineyards, 15 kilometers distance from the mouth of the Miño River reflects their salinity; so distinctive of the sub- region of O´Rosal. Balsamic notes, mineral feelings and memories of butter that reminds you of the aging on its fine lees. Sweet on the mouth, unctuous, fresh and lively acidity. Long aftertaste with a permanent presence of citrus flavours.

2018 Las Vinas Bastardas - IGP Tierra de Murcia
In the highlands of Murcia Region, extraordinary and incredibly old native grapes are grown. that along the years, have been evolving and being passed from generation to generation, as a heritage. The unique terroir of the area, with poor lime and clay soils, united to a extreme weather conditions and dry agriculture have always provide low productions and high concentration in the fruit.
When the “denomination of origen” certification arrived, delimiting geographically those plots that were in and those that were off, following municipal frontiers and leaving many of those amazing vineyards with no classification, no origin, sometimes for a few kilometrrs, sometimes for mere meters. Casa Rojo selected and harvested those vineyards close to the winery, at the outer limit of the DO, in making this wine.

2019 Tinta Fina - DO Ribera del Duero
Tempranillo
TINTAFINA is a red wine with a deep cherry color with beautiful violet rims. The visual appeal of this high-capacity red is immediate. The aroma spreads throughout the room when served, unfolding a whole descriptive range of what the perfect Tempranillo is. It shows aromas of wild fruits, red fruits, vanilla and spices, very powerful and intense.
On the palate it is very fruity, intense and juicy, with spicy notes.
Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

2020 CL98 - Ribera del Duero
Tempranillo
100% Tinto Fino, from the area of Castrillo de la Vega, located at an average altitude of 800 meters, in the province of Burgos. The grapes come from old vineyards between 26 and 50 years old, all owned by viticulturists in the area.
Fermented and aged (12 months) in concrete tanks.
Intense cherry colour with mauve hues. On the nose it shows all the potential of pure varietal, compote or red fruits and interesting reminiscences of fine herbs (Thyme). Its volume stands out; a long a fresh aftertaste seasoned with notes of scrubland. Well integrated tannins and balsamic acidity provide structure.

2021 Enemigo Mio - DO Jumilla
Garnatxa
Because of this mischievous animal that eats the sweet grapes from our vineyards, there is a limited production of 40,000 bottles. Cherry red color with a purple trim. On the nose is fruity and floral, touches of rose petals. Delicate and elegant, with a great complexity. Aromas of red fruits and balsamic notes coming from the Sierra de la Pila. Memories of toasted candy and liquor-filled chocolate as a result of the short aging in 110 hl. deposits of French oak. In the mouth is fresh, tasty, pure grape juice with highlights of its origin: the Mediterranean.
